Miris Calibration Control Kit (MCC) is a consumable to be used as a control of ‘Calibration 1 – Homogenized milk’ in the Miris Human Milk Analyzer (HMA).
The Miris Calibration control kit for human milk analysis consist of:
» Miris Calibration Control 1, levels corresponding to normal human milk
» Miris Calibration Control 2, levels close to the high end of the Human Milk Analysis measuring range
These are standardized solutions with known concentrations of fat, protein and carbohydrates that correspond to those found in average
The MCC kit is CE-marked and will be mandatory to use prior to analysis of human milk with the medical device classed Miris HMA. With MCC, Miris introduces another standardization in the process of analyzing breast milk for individual nutrition for preterm babies.
